Good to know: event attendance and overnight occupancy are separate. The residence sleeps up to eight registered overnight guests. Additional accommodations must be arranged separately.
North Shore Weddings
A celebration that feels entirely your own.
Exchange vows in a private North Shore garden, gather beneath a thoughtfully designed tent, and celebrate with the people closest to you. Lotus Gardens considers wedding ceremonies, receptions, welcome dinners, and farewell gatherings by request.
Reserving the residence does not automatically authorize a wedding. Attendance, tent size, parking, music, alcohol, catering, restrooms, vendors, setup, breakdown, insurance, and event hours must receive written approval — final capacity is subject to event design and written approval.

Sauna, cold-plunge, yoga, breathwork, and physical activities may not be suitable for everyone. Participants may be required to sign waivers and should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding personal health concerns. Activities are not medical treatment.
Private Luaus
Bring everyone together beneath the North Shore sky.
Host a private tented luau for up to 100 approved guests at Lotus Gardens. Create an evening centered around family, food, music, culture, and time together in the gardens.
Lotus Gardens may accommodate private luaus with up to 100 approved daytime guests. Final capacity and setup are subject to written approval, insurance, parking, restrooms, catering, tent, safety, sound, vendor, and neighborhood requirements. Entertainment and vendors are independent providers arranged per event, not house offerings.

Policies

- Events and retreats are separate from overnight lodging
- Event and retreat fees are quoted individually
- A signed agreement and retainer are required
- A refundable security deposit may be required

Can we book Lotus Gardens for a wedding?
Yes. Wedding ceremonies, receptions, and wedding-weekend gatherings are considered by request. The event is not confirmed until written approval, a signed agreement, and the required retainer are received.
Can we host more than 20 people for a yoga retreat?
Yes. Lotus Gardens considers yoga and wellness retreats for groups of 20 or more participants. The residence sleeps eight overnight guests, so additional overnight accommodations may be needed.
Does the wellness retreat include instructors?
Not automatically. Retreat leaders may bring approved instructors or request introductions to independent local providers.
Are the sauna and ice bath included?
Sauna and ice-bath access must be requested and coordinated in advance. Availability, supervision, scheduling, additional fees, and participant requirements may apply.
Can we have a 100-person luau?
Lotus Gardens may consider private luaus with up to 100 approved daytime guests. Final attendance depends on the tent, parking, restroom, catering, safety, insurance, and event plans.
Can 100 guests stay overnight?
No. Event attendance and overnight occupancy are separate. The residence sleeps up to eight registered overnight guests.
Can we bring a tent?
Tented events are considered by request. Tent size, placement, anchoring, electrical service, lighting, fire safety, setup, and breakdown must receive approval.
Can we serve alcohol?
Alcohol plans must be disclosed and are subject to applicable laws, insurance, approved service providers, and the event agreement.
